Posters can be displayed on inside of windows, without waterproofing
Large banners can be placed along the sides (except 'Control Bus')
Balloons could help attract attention
Interior displays, such as presentation frames and posters, hung or mounted

Sorry but vehicles cannot be purchased, leased, structurally altered, custom painted, or wrapped (eg with sticky back vinyl wrap).
