We would like to hear from you if you are available for occasional work, especially at weekends. We are based in Hertfordshire. A company uniform is provided.

Bus Drivers

The roles of a Timebus driver include safety (road, staff & public), customer care (especially when working without a conductor), observing legislation (eg hours rules), looking after the vehicle (sometimes cleaning after service), and organizational skills (eg timekeeping).

Our requirements are:

Aged over 25 (insurance requirement)
PCV licence
Category D licence obtained in the EU at least 2 years ago (insurance requirement)
Previously experienced in the bus or coach industry
Able to cope well with maps, directions, timings (sometimes in unfamiliar areas) and show initiative
Responsible
Smart in appearance
Considerate and high quality standard of driving
Customer focussed and enjoy talking to passengers

Bus Conductors

The main roles of a Timebus conductor are safety (staff & public), customer care (including dealing with different requirements & options), looking after the vehicle passenger environment, and organizational skills (eg timekeeping, logging).

Training is provided by us. Our requirements are:

Responsible, including the subject of safety
Smart in appearance
Considerate and helpful
Customer focussed and enjoy talking to passengers
