2008 News and Events
- Sunday 11th May 2008 - Slough and Windsor Running Day. Organized by Amersham and District Motorbus Society. RLH 48 in service.
- Sunday 27th April 2008 - East Grinstead Running Day. Organized by Country Bus Rallies. 581 J (ex RLH 44) attended, with photographic journeys around old RLH routes 424 and 428 (being the only RLH surviving in the UK which used to operate from East Grinstead garage).
2007 News and Events
- Sunday 28th October 2007 - 'Pre-Hibernation Day' at Cobham Bus Museum. RLH 32 ran in service on special free route 420 linking the site to Woking station for LBPT.
- Sunday 14th October 2007 - Samuel Ledgard 40th anniversary since closure, commemorative running day. RLH 32 ran in service between Leeds, Horsforth, Guiseley and Otley.
- Sunday 7th October 2007 - RLH 23 operated over one of its former routes, the 230 in Harrow, as part of the Timebus 20 running day
- Sunday 30th September 2007 - Amersham rally and running day, centered on the Underground station car park. RLH 48 worked on route 336, many other buses also operated on a large network. Details from the Amersham & District Motorbus Society
- Sunday 1st July 2007 - Route 178: The Last Chance. Three RLHs provided free, timetabled trips over old route 178 the day before Carpenter's Road (and others) was closed for redevelopment into the 2012 London Olympics park.
- Sunday 13th May 2007 - Slough and Windsor Running Day. RLH 48 in service.
- Sunday 1st April 2007 - Cobham Bus and Coach Gathering at Longcross Test Track. RLH 23 ran in service on special route linking the site to Woking station. More details from LBPT.
2006 News and Events
- Sunday 1st October - Amersham rally and running day, centered on the Underground station car park. RLH 32 and RLH 48 work on route 336, many other buses also operating on a large network. Details from the Amersham & District Motorbus Society
- Sunday 10th September - RLH 32 on free Heritage Bus Trail rides on interesting routes or between open buildings near Northampton for the National Heritage Open Weekend; along with other buses. Departures from special bus stop in St. Giles' square, town centre. For more information see Heritage Open Days Web Site and Northampton Borough Council
- Sunday 18th June (Fathers' day) - Cobham Nostalgia day. RLH 32 ran in service on special free route 436 Chertsey station to Cobham Bus Museum, via West Byfleet and Ottershaw. A network of other routes was also in operation with other bus types.
- 16th April - RLH 23, RLH 48 and RLH 61 ran over the old route 178 as part of the Hackney Marshes Vintage Bus Event, exactly 35 years after the last RLH ran in London service. This area is likely to change considerably for the 2012 Olympics. See gallery from this event
2005 News and Events
- Sunday 2nd October - Amersham rally and running day, centered on the Underground station car park. Also celebrating the withdrawal of the RLHs from Amersham garage 40 years ago, and the 75th anniversary of low height double deckers operating around Amersham. RLH23, RLH 32 and RLH 48 worked on route 336 on an increased timetable, including journeys right into Watford. RLH 44 also attended the rally.
- Sunday 11th September - RLH 32 provided free Heritage Bus Trail rides on interesting routes or between open buildings near Northampton for the National Heritage Open Weekend; along with other buses. - Friday 22nd July - RLH 61 unveiled as a surprise birthday present, after repatriation from Canada to the UK, restoration, and licencing as a PSV by Ensignbus, on the occasion of the last day of Routemasters on route 22. Ran in service for 1 round trip from Central London to Putney and return.
- Sunday 19th June (Fathers' day) - Cobham 1950s day. RLH 32 and RLH 48 ran in service on special free route 436 Chertsey station to Cobham Bus Museum, via West Byfleet and Ottershaw. A network of other routes were also in operation with other bus types. RLH 32 was painted with London Country yellow fleet names, 'flying polo mint' logo and waist band in order to represent what the London Country RLHs would have looked like, had they continued in service for a little longer, instead of being withdrawn 35 years ago in 1970.
- Sunday 24th April - East Grinstead running day, organised by Country Bus Rallies. RLH 48 may have run in service, in route 428/424 territory
- Sunday 17th April - Slough and Windsor running day; RLH 48 ran in service.
2004 News and Events
- 18th November - RLH 57 discovered (for sale on Ebay) in California, USA
- Sunday 3rd October - RLH 32 and RLH 48 in service on routes 353, 359 and 336 at Amersham Rally and Running Day
- Sunday 19th September - RLH 44/ 581J displayed at the Cobham Bus Museum 'Keeping the Wheels Turning' LT Service and Emergency Vehicles Day, Redhill Road, near Cobham, Surrey (as static exhibit Uniform Issuing bus no. 581J)

- Sunday 25th April - RLH 32 provided mystery scenic tours at the 'Bygone Buses and Other Mature Machinery' rally, Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire (off the A421 between M1 J13 and Bedford)
- Sunday 4th April - RLH 23, RLH 32 and RLH 44 on display at the Cobham Bus Museum rally, Wisley Airfield site, Surrey

2001 News and Events
- 14th October - Petrol engine fitted first batch RLH 08 in Philadelphia was placed for auction on the internet site, Ebay on 27th September. Sale closed 4th October without being sold (reserve price was not met). See archive of the relevant ebay page here
- 8th October - RLH in Beaumont (see 25th July below) has been examined to be RLH25 by looking at paint under the number plate which read 'MXX 226'.
- 3rd October - Article published 23rd July 2001 found online in version of North County Times about the three RLHs parked in the garden
of a gentleman in Murrieta, CA.

- 13th July - RLH reported in a scrap yard lot in Beaumont, Texas, USA. Purple roof; nothing else can be seen or accessed.

- 30th November - RLH 76 Is still in the scrap yard in Uttoxeter (see fleet list page for photo)
- 9th October - Unidentified RLH in Natchez, Mississippi, USA. Image was categorized under UNKNOWN RLH A in the fleet list page- taken by Jim Gorman, October 1998.

- Saturday 13th April - To commemorate 25 years since the last London lowbridge bus service, route recreations held on route 178 with RLH 23 and RLH 48. See gallery from this event
